Flexibility and relaxation training for anyone

Yoga is a beautiful class that encompasses spirituality, stretching, strength and core work, relaxation and manifesting your best life, basically. It’s the ultimate opposite to CrossFit and a realm that is oh so important. Classes are run by CrossFit Dignus owner and CrossFit coach, Claire Hargreaves, who has her YTT 200 hour certification. This class is great for beginners and those that just want a really damn good stretch, to work on some yogi skills (like headstands!), be a good human by becoming more present and taking time to chill out.

Membership: $75/fortnight (includes Adrenalin)
