We believe the programming at Dignus is what sets us above and beyond general CrossFit gyms. Head coach and regionals competitor, Kosta Ilic, programs all workouts at Dignus. Weekly training regimes are meticulously planned around particular strength, gymnastic or conditioning cycles that are the focus for a period of time. It’s not a washing machine style manner of programming. It’s a specifically targeted training methodology with an end-goals approach for athletes chasing performance.

 

Ideally, everyone is treated as an athlete. Your limits will be pushed, however there is always a method to the madness and the proof is in our athletes rapid progression in their skills and abilities. The everyday athlete is just as welcome within classes as the competitive athlete. Regardless of your skill level, classes are adaptable and will develop the base skills and strength in anyone.

 

The best part of developing the programming for your own gym is the applicability of all sessions to the needs and requirements of athletes. This has been very evident in determining our needs analysis and attacking weaknesses and fostering the development of athlete strengths. We are very proud of our programming. It is tough, but achievable. You will never leave a class unsatisfied. You will always be stretched, furthering you in whatever it is you want to get out of your training.
