Oly Lift

A class in a league of its own

Oly Lift is a specialised Olympic Weightlifting class that concentrates on the olympic weight lifting aspect of CrossFit. It is crucial to have good technique here and moving with good form will allow for you the excel in this area. It is quite complex, so it’s important to break down all the lifting movements and ensure the foundations are right first. These sessions are for beginners to the world of weightlifting, but classes also specifically target individual’s technique, so even advanced athletes can attend to perfect their form.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. See the timetable here.
