60 push ups
40 hang power cleans 60kg / 40kg

#1. 7 x 2 clean pulls @ 100-120%

#2. 12 minutes to establish heavy complex:
1 power clean
1 front squat
1 split jerk

#3. For time:
15-12-9-6-3
Clean and jerk 50kg / 30kg
