A class dedicated to the foundational work underlying good gymnastics. Tighten your kip, understand movement paths, prioritise core work, learn new skills and tap into that inner gymnast. We move away from CrossFit and begin to ensure movement is in line with true gymnastics. This builds the core elements necessary to then adapt into CrossFit gymnastics movements. In this class you will build your efficiency and proficiency in v-ups, hollow holds, supermans, pull-ups, bar and ring muscle-ups, handstands, handstand walks and handstand push-ups, as well as toes to bar. Each class is structured within a program, that runs for concurrent weeks (e.g. pulling program) and each class allows time to play. This is free space for you to work on your current goal and have a coach available to adjust and critique your movement.
