One partner: 20 balls slams
Whilst other partner: max wall balls

5 minute AMRAP
One partner: 10 burpees
Whilst other parter: wall squat hold

10:30AM CROSSFIT PERFORMANCE CREW

10 minute EMOM

7 minute EMOM
3 squat clean and jerks

For time:
20-15-10-5
Hand stand push-ups
Burpees box jumps 24″ / 20″

Finisher:
3 x 500m row
Rest = time for partner to complete their 500m row
