The workout is one of the workouts which the World Games Competitors have to perform during the Games. We gave the class the choice to either complete this as an individual or work in a pair and to compare their scores against the top athletes. We had some amazing efforts today. The crew is slowly starting to realise that they are a lot fitter than they think with a few of them walking away post workout saying they should have done it individually. Great job to everyone today.
