Every 15 seconds # jabs
Start jabs at 10 reps, increase by 10 reps every 15 seconds until you can’t reach the # in the time limit

#2. 10 minute EMOM
50 punches
Remaining time max ball slams
* alternating partners each minute

#3. 10 minute AMRAP
Round for round with a partner
100 punches
2 rig to wall runs
20 push-ups with 2 punches between each
