This is CrossFit’s fun, wilder, psycho little sister.

We love CrossFit, don’t get us wrong. But we also want a safety net for those of you who just aren’t keen on lifting that barbell. We want everyone to have the opportunity to be their fittest self!

Exclusive to CrossFit Dignus, we have an alternative for all of you high-intensity lovers, who want to push your limits naturally, but not have to dabble in the skills and lifts.

Simple, effective, intense.

We employ high intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, base strength and conditioning, functional movements and team work in our training methodology, ensuring that all energy systems are hit. All encompassed in a group training environment run by energetic, qualified coaches! Over and done with in 45 minutes!

Membership available from the end of February.

Membership: $75/fortnight for unlimited classes (includes yoga)
10 class pass: $150 (includes yoga)
Casuals: $20
