Let me tell you about CrossFit.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that incorporates a number of different movements from many domains. You become the machine where you move your body in natural, functional ways that are applicable to every day life. It is a total body workout that is programmed to increase your fitness in every way possible. You will find yourself moving a barbell, swinging kettlebells, timing sprints, pushing prowlers, and jumping with a rope. There is a misconception with this class in that it is only for the fittest people, when really this class creates the fittest person you can be. Anyone can undertake this class and there are lots of scaling options available so you work to your own fitness level.
