The water went out in the apartment complex a couple of months ago. We do have a courtesy officer on site and a security patrol company in place. High ceilings, nice flooring, great color of paint, nice large shades. Since June the elevator has been constantly monitored and has not broken down since. May 31st 2017 is when us, the new management company took over during the transition the previous management company made us aware that main elevator had been down for 3 weeks.
