So this epilogue is VERY similar to that ending. ❤️ The reason I found out about this book is because it used to be on the giveaway list, and you know how that goes. Their form a bond. Them wearing their rainforest rings and dying at the same time (of old age) was so damn sweet and I really liked it.

Less round, catchy and refined than 2019's masterpiece follow-up Algleymi, but why should I restrict myself to only one album of excellent Misþyrming? I don't have to many books that make it to my very favorite list but this one has been added to it.Welcome!

Well that epilogue just did me in (I cried), beautiful perfection...the whole book.

Welcome back. Withering Hope is a devastatingly exquisite and magnificently incredible story of a quiet, hidden love that is finally allowed to spread its wings and fly.



Grandiose sound.

Here's why : [I'm one of those who don't want to read about the MCs death, no matter how full of love it might be.

More bleak, enveloping atmospheric black metal from the masters at the Vendetta label, “aevum” is both harrowing & strangely beautiful.

So technically by the time she becomes intimate and in love with Tristan, she is still engaged, but has no idea that she will be rescued. Cover's nice... let's apply for it.Okay so I took a break before reading the epilogue thinking, this was such an awesome chic flic and I loved it what and awesome story, and yay I didn't cry.

What happened with that mother figure, Maggie, that came up in conversation a few times? [Yes it has a HEA. Some of the issues that I had with it:This book was so cute! That which no name carries... Damn. It's a story about a man who desperately needs forgiveness and a woman who gives him hope and brings him back from the dark dreams of his past. It's a story about hope, forgiveness and finding love in the most unlikely places.

Having said that, I did enjoy it. [ YES. So, if you are looking for a book that is truly original and unlike any other book you have ever read, you need this one. And not very well written either. The plane crashes in a remote part of the Amazon, leaving her and the pilot Tristan stranded. A friendship which slowly turns to an undeniable love. But I had read that the ending was bittersweet and that some were disappointed by it, this is one of the reasons it took me so long to start it because I had to be in the right frame of mind.

Loved the writing really descriptive and eloquent. Ugh.
