Because here we received an reasonable offer. If you open the sleeper couch you have to up end the furniture against the wall and cannot open the front door. The apartment is very very small.
The apartment which was supposedly suitable to sleep 3 people was ridiculously small.
The pictures of the flat/room were very generous as the room was a lot smaller than a 1bdm apartment.
The front and porch of the building is very dirty and the windows could definitely use a wash.
